Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DueDrop service operated by
Emerald Hill Technology Solutions ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using DueDrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree
with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
Service Description
DueDrop is an AI-powered invoice reminder automation service that:
- Connects to your accounting software to track invoice status
- Automatically sends personalized payment reminders via email
- Uses artificial intelligence to optimize timing and messaging
- Provides analytics and reporting on payment collection
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use DueDrop
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized account access
Acceptable Use
You agree to use DueDrop only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree NOT to use the service:
- To violate any applicable laws or regulations
- To send spam, harassment, or abusive communications
- To impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity
- To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

Payment and Billing
Subscription Plans
- DueDrop offers both free and paid subscription plans
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days of cancellation
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
DueDrop and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Emerald Hill Technology Solutions
and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
- You retain ownership of all content you provide to DueDrop
- You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide the service
- This license ends when you delete content or terminate your account
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you provide
Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy,
which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

- You should monitor automated communications to ensure they meet your standards
- You remain liable for all communications sent through the service
Third-Party Integrations
DueDrop integrates with third-party services (accounting software, email providers):
- You are responsible for maintaining your third-party account credentials
- We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies
- Integration issues may affect DueDrop's functionality
Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss
- You should maintain backups of important data
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- DueDrop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted

Indemnification

damages, or expenses arising from your use of DueDrop, violation of these Terms,
or violation of any rights of another party.
Termination
By You
- You may terminate your account at any time
- Termination does not entitle you to any refund
- Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
By Us
- We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
- We may suspend service for non-payment
- We will provide reasonable notice except for serious violations
Governing Law and Disputes
